Leads Management System

The silvertrees leads management system is a method of tracking enquiries and ensuring they are managed by the appropriate staff-members to a satisfactory resolution.

The system operates as follows: A potential customer completes a form on your website (there may be many forms dealing with different types of enquiries or products or services…) the enquiry is emailed to the site-administrator and placed in a database with appropriate identifiers so that it is clear what the enquiry relates to. It is given an initial status. Any enquiry can be automatically forwarded to one or many email addresses. A staff member who has been forwarded such an enquiry would then respond appropriately to the client and move the enquiry to the next stage. At any point, the site administrator is able to create simple reports as to the status of all enquiries, and can then manage them simply an effectively.

The idea is: No enquiry is lost, all customers are (hopefully) responded to in a timely an effective manner, and it becomes a simple process for the business owner to measure firstly the level of enquiries, and secondly the number of enquiries that result in a successful conclusion.
