The Realjobs site aims specifically at the real estate industry. Site switches between an advertiser view and a job seeker view with colour changes throughout. Any job seeker can easily search through national listings, can save his/her searches, create resumes, upload background information, and apply for jobs any time using his/her previously uploaded resources.

For advertisers, they too can create profiles, which help to manage their advertising to suit their requirements. Providing various package options, and when registered, also providing instant access to all job applications resulting from their ads. Advertisers are able to customize their onsite advertising, enabling them to present a consistent brand. Any job advertisement can be exported from the site, retaining customised branding.

Also included for the advertiser is a comprehensive login system, which provides statistics for the number of times a job ad has been viewed, plus the number of applicants and resumes sent through for any particular job they have advertised.
